Our Journey
Company Growth Timeline
1999 – The Beginning (600 sq.ft)
Excellent Dies & Moulds started its journey in 1999 with a modest 600 sq.ft setup, driven by a vision to deliver precision tooling solutions with unmatched quality.
2010 – Major Expansion: Tool Room (20,000 sq.ft)
A decade of growth led to a major milestone in 2010 with the establishment of a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq.ft Tool Room, marking our entry into large-scale, high-precision tool manufacturing.
2017 – Supplying to OEMs & Advanced Technology Upgrade
By 2017, we proudly began supplying to leading OEMs. This phase included strengthening our capabilities with advanced CMM scanning systems and enhanced quality inspection technologies.
2019 – Laser & Prototype Manufacturing Facility (13,000 sq.ft)
In 2019, we expanded further with a 13,000 sq.ft facility under Excellent Laser & Proto. This in-house manufacturing unit added robust Laser Cutting & Prototype capabilities, including 2D Laser, 3D Laser, and Bending operations.
2023 – Plant 3: Quality Casting Foundry (30,000 sq.ft)
2023 marked another major milestone with the setup of a full-fledged commercial CI Casting foundry spread across 30,000 sq.ft. This facility supports single-pour casting ranging from 10 to 15 tons, enabling complete in-house casting solutions
Future expansion plan of year 2027
We are having 1.10 acres owned land in chakan for the future planning of estabilishing the stampings and welded assemblies plant.
